Please Note: If you wish to ship our plants or seeds outside the USA, there are rules and documentation necessary to legally export endangered species like cycads. Any necessary permits and/or documentation and/or costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

To export cycads outside of the USA, you must obtain the necessary CITES export permits. Please see http://www.cites.org for more information.

If you have any questions about purchasing plants from us you plan to export, please contact us before placing your order. Otherwise, if you make a purchase online, we will charge your credit card for your purchase with the understanding that you are purchasing for domestic use, or you are going to obtain the necessary export permits, and we can ship to a domestic address in the USA at your request, or hold the plants at your nursery for your pickup. Any refunds after that point are subject to our standard refund policy.
