Whether in the forests of northern Thailand, the outback of Australia, or the veldt in South Africa, there are rare and special plants which you’ll want in your collection. We find the best growers of these plants, verify the quality of the plants and the grower’s reputation, buy at a price that gets you good value, then make sure the plants clear U.S. Customs and the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture to arrive in our greenhouse facility in the Los Angeles area, where we give them loving care to await their eventual arrival in your home or nursery. Please note that the plant sizes do vary. Some of these are 1-2 leaf seedlings, some are 2-3 year old plants in one gallon pots. We try to send you the best plants we have in our available plant inventory. Please Note: If you are a buyer from outside the USA, there may be other rules and documentation necessary for us to export seedlings to you. Any costs related to necessary permits and/or documentation are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of CITES Appendix I seedlings (Encephalartos, Stangeria and Ceratozamia), it may be too costly to obtain the necessary permits for shipment outside the USA. If you wish us to export plants outside of the USA, we charge a $150 non-refundable fee, plus a $46 Phytosanitary Certificate fee, to obtain the necessary permits for shipment outside the USA.
