Many of these have multiple "pups" (offsets) on them, and are comparable to the $150-$200 Sago Palms you'll see in retail nurseries. These all leafed out, putting down roots for future growth, and are now available as plants whose size compared favorably with that of plants selling for 3-4 times the price of these plants. |

WHAT IS CAUDEX SIZE?
You’ll notice we list and price cycads by caudex size. The caudex is a cycad’s woody, bulblike trunk, and caudex size is a good measure of cycad age. The chart below can give you a rough idea of how this translates to pot size.
