| This is the legendary, hard-to-find plant native to the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Note the uniquely 3-dimensional nature of the leaves and the intense blue color, which separates it from other forms of E. arenarius. Please Note: This plant is currently in very limited stock. If you would like information on these limited availability plants, please email us at info@cycads.com. WHAT IS CAUDEX SIZE? You’ll notice we list and price cycads by caudex size. The caudex is a cycad’s woody, bulblike trunk, and caudex size is a good measure of cycad age. The chart below can give you a rough idea of how this translates to pot size.
