If you need information about a plant you are considering purchasing, or if you have questions on plant materials purchased from us, we are happy to provide free consultations.

If you have not purchased plants from us, and have questions regarding a plant you have gotten elsewhere, please read our online cycad care articles contained in this website by clicking on this Plant Care Link.

If you need more help, we do want to help you and please understand that we are very thinly-staffed, due to current economic times. So, our first priority is to help the new and existing customers who help us keep our doors open.

Since we can’t provide unlimited free consulting to the public, here is the compromise we offer:

If you want a plant consultation, please click the "Add to Cart" button on this page to make a $50 deposit toward the purchase of future plant material. In return, we will give you up to one-half hour of consulting time. Your deposit is credited toward any purchase you make within the next year. That way, it only costs if you don’t purchase anything from us within the next year.

In the Comments section of your shopping cart please tell us whether you want us to consult with you via phone or email, and how you’d like us to contact you, or if you’ll contact us.
