The 8th International Conference on Cycad Biology is being held in Panama City, Panama, from January 12-18, 2008. This represents the eighth in a series of meetings held every three years since 1987 to bring together scientists, conservation practitioners, and cycad enthusiasts to share ideas and to celebrate this remarkable group of plants.
