Encephalartos arenarius Blue Leaf Seedlings

Among plants identified as Encephalartos arenarius or Alexandria Cycad, there are a small number with leaves that are quite blue.

We cannot state absolutely that these are the "Blue Form Arenarius" also know as E. arenarius "Blue Form".

However, these plants are distinctively more blue than the more traditional form of E. arenarius.

These seedlings are plants we pollinated from Blue Leafed Encephalartos arenarius at a botanical garden, both male and female plants with distinctly blue leaves.
